Shipping Policies

All items in stock will process and begin the shipping process within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. If the item is not in stock, you will be contacted as soon as possible with the expected date of delivery. Once completed, we will confirm the item has been shipped.

Let's Be Chic ships all domestic orders with the USPS. For domestic shipments, packages are shipped via Priority Mail. If your package shows "delivered" as its tracking status, but you have not received it, please contact the USPS at: https://tools.usps.com for further instructions on how to proceed.

If the USPS is unable to deliver your package due to an incomplete or incorrect address, extra shipping charges may incur. We will notify you if such charges occur and will bill them to the account used to place your original order.

Shipping Rates and Types:

We cannot ship large boxes to PO Box addresses due to size limitations.

Delivery times are calculated using business days, i.e. Monday - Friday and do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

USPS Ground Shipping Residential or Business United States Customers (contiguous 48 states):

All rates are calculated by Google Checkout based upon weight.

International Orders & Shipping

*International orders ship out Tuesday through Friday.

International Shipping
All orders shipped to non-US addresses have a fee based upon actual shipping charges according to weight and handling. Transit time is 2-4 business days. Items ship when entire order is in stock, as we do not ship partial international orders. We are not responsible for any postal, customs, or other fees.

Let's Be Chic is not responsible for refused or abandoned shipments. You are liable for all duties, taxes, return shipping, and associated fees when you refuse or abandon a shipment . This includes the following reasons:

• You have not paid the duties or taxes.
• An invalid address was provided.
• A carrier makes three unsuccessful attempts to deliver a shipment to your home, but cannot because you are away.
• Your parcel is returned by customs because its contents are not allowed to be imported.
• Your refusal of the shipment for any reason.

Return Policies

Please read the following points before submitting a return to Let's Be Chic. These policies are subject to change without notice.

General Returns: All items must be returned in their original condition (*see limitations & exclusions below), unused, with tags still intact within 7 days of the receipt of your item. Any request for return or exchange after the 7 days of the delivery of your item will be denied.

*Return Limitations:

• For all returns, the item must be in sellable condition with no signs of wear or damage.
• Handbags -Store Credit will be permitted as long as there is no sign of wear.

Return Goods Form

Return Approval: Returns will not be processed without prior approval. Please email us at: sales@letsbechic.com to acquire an authorization for your return.

Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#): When shipping back your return, label the outside of the package with the RGA# provided. Any package received without an RGA# will be refused and returned to sender.

Before shipment, all items in your order are thoroughly inspected to make sure they are in perfect condition. Therefore, we do not accept returns on merchandise that has been damaged.

All returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping. We suggest you use an insured shipping method that can be tracked.

Please do not return any sale merchandise as all sale items are final sale. Any sale items returned to us will be refused and sent back at customer's expense.

Returns - Shipping Charges:
We will not refund shipping charges.

Exchanges:
Exchanges may only be made for the same item in a different size or color and must be for in-stock items only. We are unable to process any exchanges for a different item or special order item. Send your original merchandise along with the RGA form filled out completely to the address provided. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue you a credit instead.

Exchanges - Shipping Charges:
A flat domestic shipping fee of $8.00 ($TBD for Canadian, International) will be charged for exchange shipping. The shipping fee will be charged to the same account you used to place the original order.

*Return Exclusions: Returns are not permitted on the following items:

• Sale items
• Jewelry
• Hats
• Pashminas

Fraudulent Orders

All fraudulent orders will be pursued and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. All fraudulent orders are reported to via the IC3 (ic3.gov) to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Let's Be Chic will alert authorities of suspected criminal or civil violations to law enforcement and regulatory agencies at the federal, state, local, and international level. Activities monitored include online fraud in its many forms including Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters, Computer Intrusions (hacking), Economic Espionage (Theft of Trade Secrets), Online Extortion, International Money Laundering, Identity Theft, or other internet facilitated crimes.

Limitation of Liability

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, THIS SITE, ALL CONTENTS AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS IS BASIS. Payment, Pricing & Discount Policies

Let's Be Chic accepts all major credit cards through the Google Checkout payment option.

Let's Be Chic is obligated to capture credit card funds within 7 days of purchase regardless of pre-order or back-order status.

Google Check Out funds are captured at the time an order is made.

International orders are charged at the time of ordering, regardless of ship time.

Let's Be Chic has the right to refuse or cancel orders for products listed at incorrect prices.

Size, Availability & Pre-order Policies

Sizes:
The sizes on the site reflect a reasonable portrayal of typical sizing. They should be used as a guide and not a guarantee of fit. If the information is available, we will note on the product description when sizes run small or larger than true to size.

Item availability:
Although we make every effort to keep ample stock of out items, , we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail.

Pre-order Items:
When you pre-order an item, the item is reserved for you. Since your item is reserved, your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed. Let's Be Chic delivers your order as soon as we have the item in stock. All of our delivery dates are approximate.

Let's Be Chic will refund your credit card if we cannot fulfill your pre-order. If you cancel your order for any reason, we will offer you an online store credit good for any of our items. No returns are accepted on preordered items. Instead, store credit will be offered for any returned pre-order items.

Privacy Policy:

We will not sell, share, trade, or give away any personal information that we receive from your order, web site or email. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide an improved experience.

We may also use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other Web sites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
